I am so, so sorry Rayna: my DH died eleven years ago. It may help to pass on a thought someone gave me at the time - the person may be dead, but all they have given you lives on in you. Be kind to yourself - thinking of you.

Oh Rayna.
Words seem so worthless at times like these. I've been where you are and understand your loss. Saying I'm sorry just doesn't seem to be enough to help ease your sense of loss.
Take good care of yourself and hold tight to the memories, the good ones, the bad ones, the sad ones and the fun ones. Speak his name;for as long as you remember him,he will always be.
