You have given me some food for thought!<br />Speaking of which, the mushroom barley soup was another knockout, although I found that I really needed more than 6 cups of water even in the initial time in the pressure cooker....the barley almost stuck to the bottom of the pot! Phew: just in time! I never did find dried Polish mushrooms, so I used a mixture of dried French mushrooms.....does it really matter? LOL I'm still slurping up the Miso soup for a nice warm lunch.
