scarves and more scarves
It feels like a weekend, for some reason. It's a short week: tomorrow and then the weekend starts for me on Thursday.
In the meantime,I've been working frantically for a week and think I should stop. Slow process --leaving aside the dyeing, I can only print/reprint/steam/wash/dry maybe 3 scarves a day (or night) . Here are a few smidgens from the last two days:
Now, having worked, shopped for appliances for my daughter, voted (for naught - ICK!!!!), gone to Target, cooked dinner and caught up on the phone with a friend, I am ready for bed. Studio tomorrow.

You know that you are my bedtime reading! I think you and I are the only bloggers who blog last thing in the evening. Love the scarf patterns.
Very special art prints! Too bad that a scarf can't be worn spread out flat, but is wrapped around a neck, so you only see half of the design.
Sometimes, I'm a late night blogger, too; then my American readers find it in the afternoon; but most of it comes with your fresh rolls when I post around noon.
Rayna!
Your scarves are wonderful! Don't give up the fight for our country-your vote did count! I am feeling the same way here in VA but the congressional result in NY will be a big blow to the Repubs and a big plus for health care reform!!!! Smiles!!

Gerrie is wrong - I always blog before I go to bed, but usually that is around 2am. I've accepted that I am a night person, why can't everyone else accept it!!
As usual the scarves are gorgeous, I can't tell you how many people comment on them when I am out and about. If you ever do anything in blue-violet I expect first dibs. Love, Del-at-home
The new scarves look great. As far as seeing them flat... try pushing two metal thumb tacks in the wall just slightly less than the width of the scarf apart and then use small magnets to hold the scarf against the thumb tacks and the wall. I am all about magnets at the moment. This idea works well with paper too.
Nummy scarves! My weekend starts tomorrow too, but naturally- right before we head out on vacation- the oven springs a gas leak. Bleh.
Interesting to note when various people blog. I do it first thing in the morning before I go out to walk. If I don't, I feel like my morning routine is amiss somehow. Wish I was that consistent about exercise!
I'm tired reading about your day...!
What energy you have. The scarves are lovely.
I'm glad you voted.
I love your scarves.
Rayna - I have a notation that November 4th is your birthday. Am I mistaken? Anyway - I hope you had a lovely day - birthday or not! Del-at-home
