watch this space
Arrived in Fla. today - a balmy 60's (which they think is cold - LOL). Fast forward through the day - we set up the classroom for tomorrow's workshop and went out to dinner. I did take a few pix but have to get up before dawn so I will roll over the good stuff till tomorrow night when hopefully, I will have something to show besides the paintings hanging on the restaurant walls.

Hmmm...
good morning, i popped over here just to say i saw your piece hanging last night at the reception for FNF...it was packed so i didn't get a good look at the piece but my first response was "aha! she's been holding back her really great work from her blog!" (laughing) congrats on the award, it was well deserved and this show never ever fails to disappoint.
After reading Karoda's comment, I'm jealous- would love to see the FNF show.
I laughed at your comment about the weather. My oldest son moved from Chicago to Tampa, and now he whines about the cold when it gets under 70!
Nothing wrong with hanging in restaurants. The same people who go to galleries and museums go to restaurants too. And there is something nice about eating a good meal and looking at good art. What is it that makes it somewhat more memorable - the fact that you are sitting with the art longer, or that you are sitting at all while looking (and hence more comfortable), or is it that connection with good food?
Great pieces you made. Very good feeling when it is so cold just about everywhere. Peace and many blessings, Annie
believe me 60 degrees is cold!!! Wish I was one of your students.
regards from the other side of florida,
Marga
